Cougar is licensed and regulated by the Quality Assured British Standard BSI Kitemark BS10125+A1 accreditation for Vehicle Body Repair, including category 3 structural aluminium, in Luton Bedfordshire.

The BSI Kitemark is a quality mark to reassure you that the highest standards of repair have been applied to your vehicle.  This means that the actual repair has been carried out safely, using the right materials and by skilled technicians, so your vehicle offers you the same protection as it did before your accident.

It also establishes that we have auditing systems in place, to make sure that our people are fully trained, and the techniques used are correct to industry standards.

Cougar Accident Repair Centre are delighted to announce that we have achieved carbon neutrality at our bodyshop site in Luton, in accordance with PAS2060.

We have always demonstrated a commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and have implemented a comprehensive carbon management plan, invested in verified carbon offsetting programs, such as LED lighting and green electricity purchasing. Achieving carbon neutrality further demonstrates this commitment to our customers and supply chain.

Cougar Accident Repair is accredited by the IMI and we are committed to providing customers with the highest level of technical expertise and professional standards. We have achieved an IMI Accreditation and have signed, and are bound by, an ethical Code of Conduct.

All IMI Accredited individuals are regularly and independently tested. Over 90% of Cougar’s technicians have the Automotive Technician Accreditation.
